We are grateful that you want to honor a Hispanic nurse during National Hispanic American Heritage Month.  Here are a few recording tips:

Computer set up: 
  1. Set up your computer with light in front of you, not behind you. 
  2. Limit clutter behind you but add more interest than just a blank wall if possible. 
  3. Camera should be eye level or higher. Prop your computer on book if you need to.
Limit background noise. Close the door in your space if possible. 
  1. Select ‘Record Video’ to begin the process
  2. Enable your webcam.
  3. Click ‘Start Recording’ and wait for the 3 second countdown.
  4. When you are finished recording, click ‘Stop Recording.’
  5. Wait for your video to upload to our servers.
  6. Click the play button to review your video. If you are not satisfied with your recording, you can click ‘Rerecord’ and try again. If you are satisfied with your recording, click ‘Submit Video’.
  7. Accept our terms and conditions to complete submission.
  1. Select ‘Record Video’ to begin the process.
  2. Click ‘Record Video’ or ‘Upload Video’. Please wait for your video to upload to our servers.
  3. Click the play button to review your video. You can rerecord or upload another video if you are not satisfied with your recording.
  4. If you are satisfied with your recording, click ‘Submit Video’ and ‘Continue’ to accept our terms and conditions and submit your video.
